As a neurodivergent, you don't actually want a "normal" life.
You want:
β’ mornings that don't begin in panic
β’ work that doesn't require constant masking
β’ friendships that feel safe instead of exhausting
β’ enough money to live without chronic stress
β’ a home that feels like a refuge, not another responsibility
β’ time to pursue interests without guilt
β’ permission to exist without explanation
Most neurodivergent people aren't asking for special treatment.
They're asking for a life that doesn't require them to fight their own brain every single day.
