Official NCH complaint filed regarding my Ola S1!

It has been sitting at the service center for 2 months, and now I'm told to wait another 6 months for a battery replacement. 8 months total wait is completely unacceptable. Resolve this. @bhash @OlaElectric

My Ola s1 scooty has been in the service centre for the past 2 months due to a battery issue. They told me to wait a few more months because they don’t have the battery in stock.

So why not just use newer 4680 cells instead?

Nobody at the service center is responding. My Ola has a battery issue, charges to 100% in just 7 minutes, and dies within 2 km of drive.
