Court documents show he was released for 32 hours before he attacked a 63-year-old amputee man in a wheelchair.

In the video, you can see Vargas-Garcia punching, kicking, and stomping on Eric Larson before repeatedly smashing his head into the sidewalk.

The victim survived from the injuries for several days before his body gave out.

Prosecutors are only asking for 22 years for the 28-year-old.... total BS.

And the judge postponed his sentencing because he was “too emotional to proceed.”
