@VirginMediaIE@_TMVirginmedia My wife's porting ongoing for 3months, my number incorrectly cancelled for 3 weeks, & we have been charged 3 times in one month. No supervisor, manager or agent has called me with updates in the last 2 wks. However @SkyIreland calls me regularly 2 check how port out is going.

@VirginMediaIE I tweet that it's taking u 2 months to port my wifes number & that you cancelled my number in error. Last week I get a call from a supervisor who promises to sort this out for me. You then ask me to DM you only to tell me that after another week, theres no update?
@VirginMediaIE I was told the latest incident that was logged to solve my port issues had an SLA of 3 to 5 days. That ended yesterday & still no update provided. I have been debited twice this month for services that you have not given to me. Is there any management at Virgin?
@VirginMediaIE Hi Rachel, your team cancelled my number on the 7th Nov for no reason leaving me without a phone number for anyone to contact me on and now 12 days later, everyone I speak to says 'they are following up' but no one has given me an actual update yet.
