@SBICard_Connect spent last 3 hours trying to get through to someone who can address this simple problem. Absolutely abysmal infrastructure in place. No wonder your share prices are in the trenches. Who is going to put up with this? Management really needs to pull up its socks!
@SBICard_Connect Then I try a get through to your customer service. Getting through is like winning the lottery. Even after you get patched through, despite having selected the English language option it is routed to someone who does not speak the language and abruptly hangs up.
@SBICard_Connect After multiple attempts to raise a dispute, I send an email after which you block the card as stolen requiring a reissue of the card. The reissued card will have the same default option of not requiring no OTP till transactions up to Rs 5000/-. Ridiculous!
@SBICard_Connect Then when a dispute is raised with respect to a particular transaction, you close it for want of necessary documents. What documents can I give to prove a transaction done by a stranger in another city?
@SBICard_Connect you must have the most customer unfriendly customer support infrastructure on the planet. First you issue a signature card where the default option is set to not require any OTP verification for transactions up to Rs 5000. This way anyone with card no. can misuse
I am presently in the train and travelling from ernakulam to Trivandrum. The base kitchen is said to be in Thrissur . It is quite unfathomable that the food which was prepared and brought on board in Thrissur has gone bad in Ernakulam.
The daal in #vandebharat on 18/8/2023 was rancid @IRCTCofficial@southernrailway. The base kitchen is storing old food for the consumption of passengers. On enquiry with attendants and fellow passengers the same incident has happened multiple times in the past.
