As someone who did not have a village with PPA, always check on your new mommy friends.
Keeping babies alive is hard, and PPA/PPD makes it harder, and sometimes it's hard to say help, even to your partner.
Just a friendly check-in can make a huge difference.

If there is someone in your life with PPD/PPA support them, love them, just be there and let them know they’re not alone. Help them clean, do laundry, take care of their other children. It truly takes a village. 💜
