The girls 4x800 team of Gianna McGowan, Evie Wesling, Caity Donahue and Kylie Donahue ran a season best time of 9:28 to place 7th overall in the 2nd fastest time in school history!
At Day 2 of the MIAA Meet of Champions, the boys ran incredible 1 miles!
Shane Leslie broke his brother Ryanβs school record (that Ryan broke in 1978 from Jeff Cullinane) by running a 4:12.63 for 3rd overall!!
Mason Niles broke his own freshman record running 4:17.07 for 9th!!
The 4x400 team of Caroline Richmond, Leila Diaz, Maya Niles and Greta Drozdov Armendia placed first in the 4x400 with a new record time of 4:24! The girls won by 8 seconds!
Huge race for our 2 milers, placing 4 in the top 7 and scoring 18 points!
Kylie Donahue broke 11 minutes for the first time, placing 2nd in an exciting race.
Hartlie Donahue was 4th, Maddie LaRosa was 6th with a personal best and Anna Rossini was 7th, also a personal best.
Evie Wesling and Caity Donahue were seeded 12th and 16th coming in. Both ran big personal bests, with Evie placing 5th in 2:21 and Caity placing 8th in 2:22! The girls scored 5 points for the team.

Sophomore Emma Ausilio ran a season best time of 12:05 for 2 miles (in one shoe!) for 12th and freshman Caroline Gorski ran a personal best of 12:41 for 17th!
Sophomore Colin Ward had a big personal best to run 10:18!

In the boys mile, two freshmen had great races. Mason Niles placed 2nd overall in 4:27.2 and Ascot Drozdov-Armendia had a huge personal best to win the first heat in 4:41.3 to place 12th overall!
Shane Leslie won the boys 1000 meters, becoming the Division 3 state champion!! His time of 2:32.4 is a new personal best. Shane was 3rd in this race last year. He is undefeated at 1000 meters so far this season.
