I have Asthma, allergies, dyslexia, ADD, anxiety, and Depression.
But I will tell you that what you have does not define what you can become.
Why Not You!
Nothing makes me more upset than when an athlete makes it to a big competition, such as the Olympics/Trails, and gets hated on for not competing well.
99.9% of people couldn’t hold a candle to what these athletes have accomplished and one bad race makes everyone forget.
🚨ATHLETES🚨
Yall gotta remember to improve athleticism year round!
Get faster, get explosive, get more agile
Sports skills are important and definitely need focus
But only doing skill work and neglecting becoming a better athlete will stunt your long term growth
🚨REMINDER🚨
Track is a sport that reveals who you really are.
When results aren’t coming, how do you respond.
Many stress or they bail when the going gets tough and miss out on what could be.
The ones that adjust and push through will always see results.
DON’T QUIT!
When it comes to leaving athletic legacies, look no further than @SydneeSinn. She heads for @MSU_TFXC with four state championships and as Wayne Trace Class of 2023 valedictorian. She hopes her experience inspires @WT_Raiders for generations to come. https://t.co/apC00SNmmh
