Born and raised in Texas. Worked for everything I have. Respect is not a right, it has to be earned. Ready to do my part to return our country to the people.
@JacMarNumbers@rttate1@FenixAmmunition Some of us "boomers" don't appreciate the lack of respect. If it wasn't for our generation most of the users on this platform wouldn't even exist.
So you can go fuck yourself too.
I'm one year behind you and fully agree. Terms we used all seem to be taboo now and it's ridiculous.
When I was young the N word had a completely different definition too, it meant a "low life good for nothing person", it had nothing to do with race.
The Collins dictionary still has one definition that comes close "a person of any race or origin regarded as contemptible, inferior, ignorant, etc". Any other definition you find is "racial slur, extremely offensive word for a Black person".
White people are not allowed to use the N word, but black people can sing it all day and say it without any problem whatsoever. I thought we were equal? I guess not.
Now the definitions of that and many words have been changed, the history erased. It makes me wonder what my grandchildren will see as adults if things keep changing like this.
Yep, they confuse the server with a servant. My son was a server for a short time as well. What they did was rather genius, they rotated servers to the group so no single server was overburdened. Of course there was never a tip, but it allowed better service for the other customers.
