I’m so incredibly grateful to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at the University of Southern Indiana to play softball! 💜⚾️

I wouldn’t be where I am today without the people who have believed in me, pushed me, and supported me every step of the way. First, to my mom — thank you for sacrificing so much for me and always making sure I had every opportunity to chase my dreams. To my dad — thank you for always reminding me to believe in myself, even when I didn’t believe in myself. To my sister — thank you for pushing me, keeping me on track, and holding me accountable. Without you, I honestly don’t think I would be here today or have taken this as seriously as I did.

To my first coach, Rachel, thank you for letting me practice with my older sister’s team, teaching me my very first swing, and showing me how to field a ball. You helped start this journey for me, and I’ll always be grateful for that. To Mark, thank you for helping guide me through the recruiting journey and being there along the way. And to Penny, thank you for always being such a sweetie pie and making this journey even more special. Last but not least thank you to Benjamin for showing me how to have fun during softball and play loose and free.

Most importantly, I’m proud of how hard I’ve worked to get here. There have been so many early mornings, long practices, tough days, and moments when I had to keep pushing even when it wasn’t easy. Every sacrifice and every setback has led me to this moment, and I’m so thankful for everyone who has been a part of it.

Thank you to the USI coaching staff @kunkle18 @MacKenziDorsam @coachwallenUSI for this amazing opportunity! I’m beyond excited for what’s next and so blessed to call USI my home! 💜

It’s crazy to look back and see how far this game has taken me. 🥎
Looking back at these pictures reminds me of where I started and how much I’ve learned. I’ve been incredibly lucky to have so many amazing people by my side.
Thank you to every coach, teammate, friend and family member (especially my dad and mom) who has pushed me to work harder, believe bigger and keep chasing my goals. You all have really helped shape my journey.
September 1st marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and I’m ready for it.
Keep working. Keep learning. Keep competing.
There’s still a lot more softball to play. 🧡🧡

Gators went 5-1 at the IMG qualifier, losing out in extra innings to the event champs. We landed top 8. I’ve been working on chops/bunts also standing & hitting to show how versatile I am at the plate. Here are a few clips. @GatorsPremier10 @CoachBurns17 @CoachPena_BSU @kunkle18
