@SunwingVacay pt.5 3/7 days of our vacation have been consumed by this. We are now entering day 4. More than 50% of our vacation has been working for our money. Not much of a vacation.

@SunwingVacay pt. 4 and still NOTHING. The hotel called to tell us they will not be refunding because Sunwing STILL hasn’t paid them. This is consuming our trip. Terrible service, and the biggest scam. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH SUNWING.

@SunwingVacay pt. 3 We have been saving for this trip and spent over $5000CAD and just had to spend another $2700 CAD to be able to eat and sleep somewhere. We have spent countless hours on the phone, been promised return calls, compensation and a refund of the $2000USD we paid.

@SunwingVacay pt. 2 We sat in the lobby for nearly 4 hours with no assistance or solutions from Sunwing or the resort. We were stranded in Mexico with no where to stay unless we paid the $2000USD.

This company is a scam. We completely paid for our vacation back in October. Upon arrival to our destination yesterday our resort told us that we owed another $2000 USD to be able to stay because Sunwing had not paid them yet.
