Body-worn camera footage captured the arrest of a murder suspect and the moment two SAPS members were trapped by an angry crowd in Ndwedwe, KZN on Tuesday, 23 June 2026. Reaction Unit South Africa received information that the suspect was hiding in dense vegetation. After an extensive search yielded no results, Reaction Officers interviewed residents and relatives and traced him to a relative’s residence.
Reaction Officers found the man hiding beneath a bed and arrested him before handing him over to SAPS. Shortly after, a mob gathered and blocked police from leaving the area with the suspect. The RUSA helicopter was deployed to provide aerial intelligence while additional Reaction Officers responded to secure the scene.
Backup officers cleared the blockage and escorted the SAPS members and their prisoner to safety. The incident was documented by body-worn camera 122.
I wish our Government is also aware that once they touch one South African on that 30th June we will burn this country. They better stay away from us.

Soldiers take bribes from illegal foreigners at the border, & their boss blames illegal foreigners🤡
R600 million has been allocated for security ahead of the June 30 march
If you're wondering why this money isn't being used to deport illegal foreigners, here's your answer:👇
What you see here is intentional, illegal excavation under the M2 bridge. This damage directly threatens the bridge's support structures, compromising the safety of thousands of daily commuters. We must act now to protect our city's infrastructure from further destruction. ^AK
You are spot on @JacintaNgobese. Was as flabbergasted watching the acting Minister making the threats. The millions of rands secured to police the March could have been used to hire buses for all the illegal foreigners and seek refund after.
@GlobalSouthNew Cutting funds yet there's R600 million made available within days for a peaceful March that doesn't require funding. Madlanga must also investigate the Public protector and the R700 million for National dialogue that never seen the light of day.
