@PaulWHughes They are basically equating that NAM plaintiffs will be treated similarly to people qualifying for an NIE exemption to PP10052. So in India, because consulates are still running limited services and only processing F and M visas, you'll have to wait for regular services.

But more importantly, they are not providing visa interviews for H and L applicants. Neither are they granting EAs for plaintiffs or non-plaintiffs

@USAndIndia @kumarD990 @anugu_charan This policy seems arbitrary and capricious, with applicants stuck in a limbo waiting on their 221G walk-in interviews and at the mercy of the consulates where their application is pending. It would not take a large undertaking to clear this backlog.

Applicants who are now applying for Dropbox and getting 221G for walk-ins are being given dates, while the ones waiting from March are still having to wait for regular services.

With NIV 221g, MRV fee is used. Now NIV 221g starts expiring. MRV fee will be still lost. We are at 7+ month in timeline. Extensions on MRV till December 2021 won't help NIV 221g.

Please plan calling NIV 221g F2F, FP and Admin.
