اللہ سے یہی دعا کر سکتے ہیں کہ یہ لوگ جو اپنے آپ کو اللہ کی فوج کہتے ہیں یہ سوال ضرور کریں اپنے بڑوں سے کہ ایک ملاقات نہ کروانی پڑے عمران خان سے، اس کی وجہ سے لوگوں کا مینڈیٹ چھین لیا اور پھر سے اپنے ہی لوگوں پر گولیاں چلادی؟

Important Message from Former Prime Minister Imran Khan from Adiala Jail - 22 July 2025

“Never in the history of Pakistan has any political leader been subjected to the treatment that I am currently enduring. Nawaz Sharif committed corruption worth billions and was nevertheless granted every possible comfort in prison. In contrast, never before has the innocent and apolitical spouse of a political figure been imprisoned under such inhumane conditions as those imposed upon Bushra Bibi.

I am enduring the harshest prison term in the country’s history solely for the supremacy of the Constitution and in service of my nation. The level of oppression and authoritarianism is such that even the water I have for ablution is filthy and contaminated with dirt, unfit for any human being. Books sent to me by my family have been withheld for months. Access to television and newspapers has also been suspended. I have spent countless hours re-reading the same old books, but now even those are no longer available.

All my basic human rights have been violated. Even the minimum facilities accorded to ordinary prisoners under the law and the jail manual are denied to me. Despite repeated requests, I have not been allowed to speak to my children. Political meetings have also been restricted; I am only permitted to meet certain ‘choice individuals’, while all other interactions are barred.

I am waging a battle against a 78-year-old system, and my greatest success is that despite unprecedented oppression, the public stands firmly with me.

On February 8th (2024), the people expressed their trust in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf by voting for you even in the absence of an electoral symbol. After such a clear mandate, it is the moral and political responsibility of every party member to become the voice of the people. It will be nothing short of disgraceful and condemnable if PTI leaders waste time on internal conflicts at this critical juncture. Anyone found engaging in factionalism within the party will be expelled. I am fighting for the future of our generations, and every sacrifice I make is for that cause. To create rifts within the party at this time would be a direct betrayal of my mission and vision.

The so-called government formed through Form 47 has crippled the judiciary through the 26th Constitutional Amendment. The way biased judges are now delivering blatantly unjust verdicts under these courts is visible to the entire nation. We must launch a robust campaign to liberate the judiciary, for no nation can survive, let alone progress, without judicial independence.”

جب ججوں نے انصاف فراہم کرنے کی کوشش کی تو اس غیر قانونی حکومت اور ان کے آقاؤں نے 26ویں آئینی ترمیم منظور کر دی۔ اس ترمیم نے انہیں یہ آزادی دے دی کہ وہ ان ججوں کو ہٹا سکیں یا نظر انداز کر سکیں جو اپنے حلف کی پاسداری کرتے ہوئے انصاف فراہم کرنا چاہتے تھے۔ اس ترمیم نے سینیارٹی کے اصول کو ختم کر دیا۔ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس سرفراز ڈوگر کو چُن کر اس عہدے پر لایا گیا۔ انہیں یہ یقینی بنانے کی ذمہ داری دی گئی ہے کہ عمران خان اور بشریٰ بی بی کو ضمانت نہ مل سکے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ وہ ان کی ضمانت کی درخواستوں کو سماعت کے لیے مقرر کرنے سے انکار کرتے ہیں۔

چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان کا انتخاب بھی سینیارٹی کے اصول کے برخلاف کیا گیا۔ چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان یحییٰ آفریدی کو سپریم کورٹ کے ان تین ججوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ہونا چاہیے تھا جنہوں نے حکم دیا تھا کہ عمران خان کو آزادانہ طبی معائنے اور علاج کے لیے شفا انٹرنیشنل ہسپتال منتقل کیا جائے۔

گزشتہ روز، 16 ستمبر 2026 کو، ہم نے سپریم کورٹ کا انہدام دیکھا، جب انہی ججوں نے حکومت کے خلاف توہینِ عدالت کی کارروائی کو آگے نہیں بڑھایا۔ اٹارنی جنرل نے تو توہینِ عدالت کی سماعت میں پیش ہونے کی زحمت تک نہیں کی!

2007 میں وکلا نے آمر جنرل مشرف کو اس وقت جھکنے پر مجبور کر دیا تھا جب وہ عدلیہ کے ساتھ کھڑے ہونے اور قانون کی حکمرانی کے دفاع کے لیے سڑکوں پر نکل آئے تھے۔ 2007 میں آمر مشرف نے بغیر قانونی تقاضے پورے کیے صرف چیف جسٹس کو عہدے سے ہٹایا تھا۔

2026 میں پورا عدالتی نظام منہدم ہو چکا ہے۔ 2007 میں ہم سب چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان کی بحالی کے لیے وکلا کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوئے تھے۔ 2026 میں ہم پاکستان میں انصاف کی بحالی کے لیے وکلا کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوں گے۔

پاکستان انصاف لائرز فورم (ILF) کو فوری طور پر، بغیر کسی تاخیر کے، قیادت سنبھالنی چاہیے۔ عدالتی نظام کا انہدام ملک کو انتشار کی طرف لے جائے گا، اور پاکستان اس کا ہرگز متحمل نہیں ہو سکتا!

یہ وقت انصاف، عدلیہ اور قانون کی حکمرانی کے لیے کھڑے ہونے کا ہے!!!

Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, and approximately one thousand others are illegally imprisoned. Over 40,000 have been imprisoned and subsequently released on bail over the past 3 years. Those on bail are facing fake trials across Pakistan.

When judges tried to dispense justice, this illegal government and their masters passed the 26th Amendment. This gave them the freedom to remove or bypass judges who wanted to honour their oath and dispense justice. The amendment did away with seniority. The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Sarfraz Dogar, was hand-picked. He has been tasked with ensuring that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi are not granted bail. That is why he refuses to entertain their bail petitions.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan was also selected out of turn. CJP Yahya Afridi should have stood by the three Supreme Court judges who ordered that Imran Khan be transferred to Shifa International Hospital for an independent medical examination and treatment.

Yesterday, 16 September 2026, we witnessed the collapse of the Supreme Court when those same judges did not proceed with the contempt-of-court hearing against the government. The Attorney General did not even bother to appear for the contempt-of-court hearing!

In 2007, the lawyers brought down the dictator General Musharraf when they came out onto the streets to stand with the judiciary and defend the rule of law. In 2007, dictator Musharraf had removed only the Chief Justice without due process.

In 2026, the entire judicial system has collapsed. In 2007, we all stood with the lawyers for the restoration of the Chief Justice of Pakistan. In 2026, we will stand with the lawyers for the restoration of justice in Pakistan.

Pakistan Insaaf Lawyers Forum (ILF) should take the lead immediately and without delay. The collapse of the judicial system will lead to anarchy, something Pakistan can ill afford! The time to stand for justice, the judiciary, and the rule of law is now!!!
