Pakistan is negotiating Shabir's return to Pakistan if the UK govt would also extradite select "political dissidents" to Pakistan. Quid pro quo.
And Pakistan also claims that Shabir revoked his Pakistani nationality previously.
So yes, Pakistan should refuse outright and shouldn't be demanding anything.
I fully support the West bringing back the death penalty for murderers, rapists, pedophiles, immediately upon being convicted. Black, brown, white or yellow don't matter. Religion don't matter. Nationality don't matter either. Simply take them out of their insufferable existence from amongst decent people.
A privilege to join @joerogan and hopefully inform a global audience about what has been happening in Britain - mainly the rape, abuse and torture of countless young white working class girls.
I hope you all find our conversation as informative as I did.

He's not challenging Pakistan taking back it's convicted rapist. He's challenging Pakistani demands for doing so.
I see no confusion here.
Pakistan cannot demand things to take back a national. Unless that chap is British only by nationality. In which case the ask to Pakistan to take him back would be ridiculous in the first place.
I think a revolution, if it starts, will be all encompassing. No one would be sacrosanct. "American" will be redefined and strongly implemented.
But it must start. Not just in the US but across the West. I don't see anyone from Middle Earth leading the way... it's got to be the West or China. I, personally, prefer the West as my overlord.
@jan_murray The inability to recognize obvious satire and reverse commentary is more alarming than the what the post's intended drama. The dumbing down of society is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
The idea that "if a man rapes a woman, the victim's brother may rape the perpetrator's sister" has no basis in the Qur'an. In fact, it contradicts several core Qur'anic principles:
Quran teaches individual responsibility: "No bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another." (e.g. 6:164, 17:15, 35:18, 53:38). A perpetrator's sister is not responsible for his crime.
The Qur'an requires justice, not revenge against innocent people (5:8).
Sexual assault is a grave wrongdoing. Islam does not permit committing another grave crime as retaliation.
This claim is often confused with tribal customs that have existed in parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan, such as practices sometimes referred to as vani, swara, or other forms of collective punishment. Those customs have been widely condemned by Pakistani courts, religious scholars, and human rights organizations because they punish innocent relatives rather than the offender.
@ForgiatoBlow47 No. Death sentences to ask convicted of rape. White, black, brown, or green. Does not matter. Rape and murder and home invasion with family in home... if convicted: Death Penalty. Nothing less.
@Jack_Lame12@BrianAtlas Same here. Scolded twice already. Still tried and "succeeded" a few times.
I don't get the sectioned at all. Since when did courtesy become a rude thing?
@PeterHRatcliffe@MarkJCarney Standing by his principles is a good thing. This country allows all beliefs. Even the ones l don't like or believe in. That's the beauty of a tolerant society.
(The 🍓🍓🍓🤣 at the end)…
Karen earns $995 today.
Before she sees a penny, roughly $533 disappears in marginal federal and provincial income tax.
She fills her tank. Another $15.75 in fuel taxes and HST.
She buys a pack of cigarettes. About $10 goes to taxes.
A $20 bottle of wine to take the edge off? Another $3+ in taxes and levies.
Dinner? $3.90 in HST.
Every single month she quietly pays HST on her phone, internet and streaming services. She pays $6,000 a year in property tax just to continue living in a home she already bought with after-tax income. Part of every insurance premium is insurance premium tax. Hidden in almost everything she buys are corporate taxes, commercial property taxes, development charges, licensing fees and tariffs that businesses simply pass along in the price.
She books a vacation. Airport Improvement Fees. Security charges. More taxes.
She invests what’s left. If it grows, she pays capital gains tax. If it pays dividends, she pays dividend tax.
Then one day Karen dies.
Her family discovers there isn’t technically a “death tax” in Canada—but her estate is treated as though she sold almost everything the moment she died. Capital gains become taxable, final income tax is due, and in Ontario her estate pays probate fees before her family receives what’s left.
Karen’s money was taxed when she earned it, taxed while she spent it, taxed while she invested it, taxed while she owned things, and taxed one final time when she died.
But don’t worry.
Karen refuses to buy American strawberries because she’s bravely protesting the tariffs the U.S. charges on their imports.
After paying roughly $687 in taxes and government fees on a $995 workday, she’s finally taking a stand against someone else’s tax policy. 🇨🇦💪
Probably about $10 - $15. No more. That's the law. They broke the law. They MUST be penalized. They must be given the maximum possible penalty. Make a few examples. When they'll realize the cost of getting caught is 20 times higher, they'll get better. Decency, civility doesn't matter to these aholes... but $$ lessons are taken straight to heart.
A homeowner in Canada caught these guys dumping their old couches into the woods across from their property. They chased them down and made them go back and pick it up and then made sure they went to the dump to dispose of them like they should have in the first place.
This is the way.
JUST IN: A Georgia man is walking free after defending his family and property at 4 a.m. when three masked thugs rolled up to rob people in his front yard.
The suspects — 16-year-old Isaiah Reid,
15-year-old Jaime Hernandez, and
16-year-old Brandon Gresham,
all from Conyers —
were masked and armed. One teen opened fire first.
The homeowner returned fire, dropping all three. Would-be victims unharmed. Deputies recovered two guns at the scene. Rockdale County Sheriff Eric Levett called it a clear “stand your ground” case.
No charges against the homeowner.
I am apocalyptically angry about Labour's plan to import thousands and thousands more fake 'refugees' - from Sudan, Eritrea and other third world dumps through 'safe' routes.
The answer is quite obviously NO.
Stopping this cannot wait until 2029. It will be too late.
I have written an open letter to the Home Secretary opposing it - I have requested support from Reform, Conservative, Northern Irish and independent MPs.
Stating our opposition, and making it clear that anyone who arrives through this scheme will be deported - we need cross-party support to make this point. It is vital.
If enough MPs do it, we can stop it.
One has signed so far - Gavin Williamson. Fair play.
I will work with anyone to draw a deep line in the sand.
Reform, Tory, whoever. It doesn't matter.
Now is the time to put aside party politics and work together in parliament to ensure that we do not import an endless stream of third world scumbags into our country.
I don't believe that we should be encouraging foreign tramps to live in filthy tent encampments across our cities - particularly in London where it is RIFE.
That is OUR capital city.
Restore Britain will take it back.
In Japan, a seven-year-old rides the train across the city. Alone.
No parent. No phone. No adult watching over her at all.
She bows to no one in particular, finds a seat,
sets her little backpack on her lap, and folds her hands.
She is going to school. By herself.
Across a city of fourteen million strangers.
And not one person in that car thinks anything is wrong.
A businessman glances up, then back to his paper.
An old woman smiles at her and looks away.
Nobody films her. Nobody calls anyone. Nobody is afraid.
Because here, a small child alone is not a victim waiting to happen.
She is just a kid going to school. Like every kid before her.
I was raised on the opposite. Lock the door. Watch your back.
Hold their hand. Never look away, not for one second,
or the world will reach out and take them.
And somewhere across the years, I let myself believe that was simply true.
Then I watched a seven-year-old ride home through a city of millions.
Step off at her stop. Walk the rest of the way. Safe.
We had this once, too. I am sure of it.
A street that kept an eye on your kids.
A town that walked them home.
Japan did not find a secret. They just never stopped
being decent to each other. Quietly. Every single day.
While the rest of us slowly forgot that we ever could.
That little girl will make it home tonight.
She always does. 🇯🇵
