Multiple issues were observed, including filthy floors and fixtures, non-working lights, broken flushes, no running water, overflowing bins, and lack of soap. Only two bathrooms are available for a large number of visitors, causing long queues and unsanitary conditions that risk public health and harm Kokernag’s reputation as a tourist destination. Please arrange an on-site inspection, deploy cleaning and repair teams and provide temporary portable toilets during the peak season. Thank you.
