@AmarAMuerteOf has really ~shown~ Juliantina’s love story rather than telling it, and I will never not be shook and shaken about it. Other shows take notes pls.. Anyway, I’ve written way to many words now and that’s sups embarrassing, so:

That kind of casual physicality is EVERYWHERE in Juliantina’s story and watching from the US where we aren’t very touchy, I cryyy. Physical intimacy isn’t just kissing or sex. Maca and Barbara communicate #JULIANTINAS love in so many subtle ways, and I’m more than sold!!

That is not the case here, and I recently realized why. Maca and Baraba’s work is fearless/believable because they demonstrate affection beyond what is on the page. It’s so awkward when hets play queer characters that are supposedly in love and they never facking touch eachother!
