There was once a suggestion to make the easiest difficulty name "Teaspoon" and I thought it was a really cool idea (and still do).

By now only four mapsets have adopted the idea...

I don't remember the source though, either an osu! forum post or a tweet maybe

I have no clue what did you expect and now are saying "only 279" votes... It's unsure how widely this poll is announced to ctb players (because I'm not in any of osu Discord servers), but I couldn't find this poll elsewhere except from trigon's tweets. 279 sounds a lot imo
