I still haven’t heard back from Etihad regarding my complaint. The SLA was maximum of 22 days. How can I get this escalated?Clearly complaints team are not working. I need a email address, so I can escalate this.This is poor customer experience

@EtihadHelp It it going to be a month since I raised a complaint. Haven’t heard back anything yet and there was 21 days which of already way too long. When is Etihsd going to build some efficiencies and provide better customer experience?
@etihad@AirFranceKLM@EtihadHelp Could you please look into your customer service experience. I’m sorry to say it is pathetic. This is the second time I am dealing with your customer experience and nothing has changed.
@EtihadHelp@etihad EY12 scheduled to fly on July 26 at 9:30 am was delayed. It is over 26 hours now and communication since last night is estimated departure at 9pm 27th July and I have accepted the new booking.

@etihad@EtihadHelp@EtihadPremium We had a terrible inhumane experience by Etihad & it’s staff. I have detailed my experience please refer to case 2208312606510, 2209062637200, 2204211626558. The case manager is incompetent and doesn’t seem to comprehend the issue.
