Heads up folks!!!
For those hitting the ocean and waves this summer.
This is really simple. You can spot a rip current. Unfortunately, it's where it looks easiest and safest to enter the sea. This is because the rip current is looping around and pulling back OUT. Hence no waves rolling IN. NEVER ENTER THE SEA HERE. If you are already in the sea and get caught in a rip current (you'll know because you will suddenly be moved from your location and it will be impossible to swim against it) don't panic. Swim ACROSS, not against the rip current. For example, rather than trying to swim to shore while being pushed out, swim parallel to the beach and you will be able to get out. Then you can swim ashore. Please educate friends or family visiting the beaches this summer. Stay safe 🙏
I watched this on my way down to parliament today and I wasn't remotely surprised. I was right to be sceptical about @JohnSwinney 's claim to be a fresh start. He's not. Nothing has changed bar the coupon on camera.
He is advocating the dismantling of women's rights and protections, just like Sturgeon and Yousaf.
He is advocating for the use of sexualised language in schools and activist teachers socially transitioning children, just like Sturgeon and Yousaf.
He is advocating for the chemical and surgical mutilation of lesbians, gay boys and other vulnerable young people, just like Sturgeon and Yousaf.
He is ignoring LGB people, just like Sturgeon and Yousaf.
Bottom line, theirs is an illiberal authoritarian queer theory TQ+ agenda that places children, women and LGB people at serious risk of harm.
The questions that Mr Swinney must answer.
Is Lennon (aka 'Katie') Dolatowksi a male child predator or a woman?
Is Adam Graham aka 'Isla Bryson' a male rapist or a woman?
Is Andrew Miller, aka 'Amy George' a child rapist or a woman?
They are all men. Dangerous men. Men whose needs @theSNP have chosen to prioritise.
Stop force teaming women and LGB people with predators.
Reading the #WPATHfiles and implementing #CassReview in full that would've been the fresh start everyone wants.
If you're sill in the SNP, this is what your party is fighting for instead of #ScottishIndependence

Activism is a way for useless people to feel important, even if the consequences of their activism are counterproductive for those they claim to be helping and damaging to the fabric of society as a whole.
It is striking that so much of the angsty cultural decay around formerly mass-popular, frothy confections - Eurovision, sci-fi, sports - comes from these things being colonised and soured by geeky mediocrities; people who need a grievance label to succeed, because in a system that rewarded merit and competence they’d get nowhere.
Of course, even worse are the silly old fools who enabled them to do it, in the hilarious belief that this was hip and groovy and would therefore make them look super cool.
Clearing this crap out of political public life and the law, etc is a tough task, but as some modest recent advances have shown, it is at least *possible*. Ridding the cultural and creative sector of it will be much harder; these grim, undersocialised morons still have a stranglehold.
Just a week after celebrating the 100th birthday of the incredible aviation artist Roy Cross, it's now my very sad duty to inform you that he has passed away.
His legacy will live on with many of us. Farewell and Blue Skies sir.
They called you a ‘bigot’ if you questioned whether women had a penis.
Then, a ‘flat-earther’ if you want to stop ULEZ.
Now you’re a ‘racist’ if you vote for Susan Hall.
Welcome to a society run by Labour. They’ll shame you until you do as you’re told.

Caring about Dignity is a new website that will amplify stories from people about their experiences of single-sex care and dignity in care. You can submit your story or ask for a call with someone to discuss your story here: https://t.co/vd7BHzPwvU
Nobody thinks all men are rapists, paedophiles or voyeurs, but enough are to make it provably safer for women and girls to have single sex spaces. Those campaigning to dismantle basic safeguarding are either dangerously naive or plain dangerous. There is no third possibility.
I just heard Kit Malthouse make light of these sorts of concerns in the debate yesterday on Radio 4, ridiculing the idea we’re a “nation of granny killers.” So troubling that some MPs clearly don’t have the first clue about coercive control in family relationships.
Sheryl Sandberg just launched her documentary about the sexual atrocities committed by the palestinians,Hamas&civilians,on #oct7th .
The Israeli women were brutally raped, mutilated, killed or abducted. Every single female student or teacher on the US campuses should be ashame of herself for siding with the rapists.
