White 56-year-old husband and father Fredrick Lytton was working alongside Black 23-year-old Devin Rice at a U-Haul facility in West Nashville.

You already know how this ends.

The two men were reportedly arguing about a soda when Fredrick Lytton turned and walked away from the verbal dispute, returning to his work station. Moments later, Devin Rice walked up behind Lytton, pulled out a handgun, and emptied it into Lytton's back, killing him.

Point blank murder, on the job, in broad daylight, over an argument about a soda that Lytton had already walked away from.

Just look at young Devin's angel face. Who could have possibly predicted that such a sweet boy would have such low impulse control?

It's been a week since this Black-on-White murder and, as usual, zero national coverage. Numerous local media have covered the story. Zero have published the White victim's photograph.

Headline of the day: migrants from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Somalia have cheated their way into Norway.

UDI and the police have uncovered large family networks that obtained residence in Norway by providing false identities and places of birth. Most of the cases originate from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Somalia. The motive: access to rights they would not otherwise have, with substantial sums transferred back home.

Is anyone actually surprised? This has been going on for decades! Actually, since the 1960s, it’s just been swept under the rug.

🇲🇦🇪🇸 2 Moroccan men tried to snatch a 4-year-old Russian girl into the sea at a crowded beach in Alicante, Spain.

One grabbed the child and started carrying her into the water while the second waited farther out. The mother saw it, ran in, fought him off and got her daughter back.

Local police who were already patrolling the beach arrested both men as they came out of the water. A Serbian woman then told officers the same pair had followed and sexually harassed her minutes earlier while she was swimming.

The incident happened on August 3 at Postiguet Beach.

Landfill is becoming the default graveyard for the fading renewable-energy green dream.

Millions of solar panels are already hitting their end-of-life cycle, and the world is completely unprepared for the toxic avalanche due in 2030. By 2050, the International Renewable Energy Agency says it will get much worse, with more than 200 million tonnes of cumulative solar panel waste globally. Plus, there will be additional tens of millions of tonnes of decommissioned wind turbine components. Turbine blades are virtually indestructible.

The industry has claimed solar panels and turbines were ‘95% recyclable’. Technically, they are—because they are made of glass, aluminium, and copper. But the reality is a different story. In the US, it costs roughly $20 to $30 to properly disassemble and recycle a single panel, compared to just $1 to $5 to dump it in a landfill.

Because there is little financial incentive to disassemble and recycle parts, around 90% of decommissioned panels in the US and a large share of turbine blades worldwide go straight into the ground.

These devices are highly complex. A solar panel is an industrial ‘sandwich’ bound tightly by heavy polymers. Extracting the microscopic amounts of valuable silver and high-purity silicon requires energy-intensive chemical and thermal processing.

When crushed or left to fracture in landfills, heavy metals like lead and cadmium leach into surrounding soil and groundwater, turning ‘clean energy’ into a multi-generational hazardous waste problem.

The crisis is accelerating faster than models ever predicted. As solar cells degrade and newer, cheaper panels hit the market, consumers and solar farms are ripping out functional systems a decade early to repower and upgrade.

The dream of renewable energy from sunlight and wind has, in reality, created an endless loop of unrecyclable industrial trash.

Who is Ursula von der Leyen? The EU's unelected president and architect of escalation in Ukraine

Ursula von der Leyen occupies the most powerful office in Brussels without ever facing a popular vote from the European people. Her relentless push for deeper EU involvement in Ukraine and sustained military support stands out even by Brussels standards.

Born into wealth and political networks, her ascent bears the hallmarks of inherited advantage. Her father, Ernst Albrecht, was a prominent CDU figure who served as Minister-President of Lower Saxony from 1976 to 1990. He leveraged family resources and connections to secure early European posts for her, placing her in elite schools among the continent's emerging establishment and building the Brussels access that would define her career.
The family's anti-Russian posture was standard West German Cold War fare: firmly pro-NATO, anti-Moscow. Her grandfather, Carl Albrecht, drew on Bremen cotton-trading wealth with its transatlantic plantation links. She married Heiko von der Leyen in 1986, entering a noble family with significant land holdings, including Bloemersheim Castle. That lineage carries its own historical baggage, including relatives with ties to the Nazi era.
Her career has been defined by continuity rather than disruption. As Germany's defence minister from 2013 to 2019, she championed higher military spending and NATO expansion. As European Commission president, she has driven successive rounds of sanctions against Russia. Critics argue this reflects family doctrine more than fresh strategic thinking.
Her record in office is littered with procurement failures. The "consultant affair" saw around €150 million directed to McKinsey and other firms, often bypassing proper procedures; only €2.9 million was properly declared. Two mobile phones from that period were wiped clean before being handed over in 2019, an action opposition MPs described as a cover-up. The Gorch Fock training ship refit ballooned from €10 million to €135 million. Troops reportedly trained with broomsticks while costs spiralled.
Then came the vaccine contracts. In 2021, von der Leyen exchanged text messages with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla ahead of a €35 billion deal for up to 1.8 billion doses. The European Ombudsman and the EU's Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) have examined the matter. The messages were later declared lost. Billions of doses went unused.
Her doctoral thesis faced plagiarism allegations that drew little lasting scrutiny. Multiple audits and inquiries have been contained or ignored.
Von der Leyen's position rests on networks, family name, and institutional protection rather than transparent merit. Her salary, pension, and the broader costs of EU policy fall on European taxpayers, while her own family and the political class remain insulated from the conflicts they endorse. None of her relatives will serve on the front lines of the wars they are willing to prolong.

Det er også et faktum, at Vattenfalls danske kommunikationschef er tidligere Radikale folketingsmedlem Rasmus Helveg Petersen.

Og hvis man tror det er tilfældigt at politikere flytter fra politik netop til de stillinger, så er man godt nok naiv.

Derfor vil jeg nu bede ministeren redegøre for blandt andet:

• Hvem traf den endelige afgørelse i Energistyrelsen?
• Hvem deltog i evalueringen af buddene?
• Hvilken kontakt har der været mellem ministeriet og Energistyrelsen under udbudsprocessen?
• Har der været kontakt mellem ministeriet og Vattenfall, og i givet fald i hvilken form?

Og så skal ministeren svare på om hun eller hendes rådgivere har haft nogen kontakt, formel eller uformel med Rasmus Helveg Petersen.

Det er en dybt forfejlet beslutning at brænde op mod 55 milliarder af danskernes penge af på det her.

Men når man så kanaliserer op mod 55 milliarder over til et firma, som " helt tilfældigt" lige har ministerens partifælde som central chef, så bør alarmklokkerne ringe.
