@HSBC finally got through to someone, I asked about the policy for victims of domestic/financial abuse. Perhap you had better remove your policy on this as it is clearly not for purpose, or genuinely thought through for people who need it. Instead it's to false brand enhancement.

@HSBC it's great you claim to help victims of financial/domestic abuse. However most victims do not have 45min free to wait in a phone queue, or have 2 to 4 hours for a round to your branch, then a 30 min wait in branch to see someone, without their abusive person realising 1/2
