The audiobook I worked on came out! Second Pocket First by Gregory Grosvenor, a comedic novel about a thief that loves the accoutrement of thievery, but isn't great at most elements of actually being a thief.

Yes please. Would love to do more Altered given recent MTG stuff & awkwardly figuring out what not-quite-right category to use is a surprisingly big issue. Harder for viewers to find you, harder to find other channels to raid, etc.

Tomie, Uzumaki, Gyo, Remina, Sensor, all by Junji Ito. Way more rough spots in Ito's work than I would have guessed based on popular opinion, which was interesting. Personal ranking: Tomie, Uzumaki/Sensor, Remina, Gyo. Would recommend the accompanying Shelved by Genre episodes.

Refusing Compulsory Sexuality by Sherronda J. Brown. Didn't quite finish, ran out of time on the loan, but shoutout to black ace feminist theory also having a strong anti-cap angle & talking about how the friction queerness causes capitalism leads to hatred. Good/useful book.

Smidge behind on Dr.Who: so pleased Ncuti got an episode like Boom. Acting the shit out of standing in one spot for ~45 minutes, channeling Capaldi and Smith and etc at various points, is the type of big swing you love to see.
