@dxwney @TLGameStatus Sadly, it was a change for pvp purposes most likely. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in 2star dungeons. The change is a nerf for sure, but the spec isn't useless. Gotta change up the skill use

@dxwney @TLGameStatus So, being able to heal from 3% to full in 2 gcd is acceptable? If you can't heal cuz of one change than that's a skill diff. All the healing changes are welcome and make pvp a bit less one sided. Next they need to fix flashwaves

@playtlgame What are your plans for punishing people that abused a server transfer exploit? Yall stated that you couldn't go from a server ahead in progression to a newer one but that's false. We have hordes of transfers who hit level 50 b4 Oct 1st. Destroyed the server balance.
