@kiaran_ritchie The times where other stores had lower fees, the developpers pocketed it instead of pricing their game lower on the different platform, even when they went exclusive on it (see Borderlands 3 for example). Users don't care about how much a dev get, they care about what THEY pay.

@Prominent_Bryan It needs to be put in the budget before next year for it to apply for the 2027 tax year, which would then lower your tax burden by 38.46$ per bi-weekly pay period. Since it'll most likely not happen in time, it'll then either be passed as a retroactive mesure for your tax return

@Seanfrank The issue is finding the 10% (more like 12 after you account for interest repayment that we can't cut) to cut spending on - means cuts either to the military, social security or Medicaid (or some combo of all 3). There isn't enough spending elsewhere to reach that.

@Olamilekan4275 Rudeus is only 7th because he isn't interested in challenging the other ones, otherwise by the end of the LN he'd be rank 4 (as he had to get help to beat Gadi with the Fighting God Armor, but still managed to do so, and had a very similar mana pool as Laplace)

@ShitpostRock Honestly prophetic in some ways. Obviously Un IRL enjoys his power too much to do too much, but he has mostly kept NK to itself and is still interested in better relationships with the South, but the pressure from China and Russia is probably too much to truly push that.
