1. Marinate the beef strips for 10 minutes in a tablespoon of dark soy sauce

3. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce
4. In a saucepan, over high heat with a little oil, sautรฉ the beef for 5 min then set aside.
5. Sautรฉ the garlic for 2 min until it browns.
6. Add the onions and white parts of the cabbage, sautรฉ 5 min
