Do this to stay outside of the healthcare system:
1. Eat single ingredient foods
2. Eat a high protein diet
3. Avoid ultra-processed foods
4. Get 10k step per day
5. Exercise with progressive overload 2-4 times per week
6. Sleep 7-8 hours per night
Taking care of your body is going to have a domino effect in other areas of your life.
You will take your relationships, work, appearance, hobbies, and mental health more seriously when you are in shape.
The main reason I've stayed in shape for years is:
I do what I need to do, despite how I feel.
Some days, I don't want to train.
I still do it.
