I finally get a settlement for a vehicle after 6 months of fighting insurance, and Texas let me drive it just shy of four weeks before it sent a hailstorm and demolished it with tennis ball-sized ice.

I finally got a police report, tracked down my vehicle's wreckage, and traction on having my case assigned to an active claims adjuster who's actually not OOO. Only took 6 days since the day of the accident/me filing a claim...

My spicy jellybean has been murdered by an inattentive driver. She sacrificed her life and saved me in an early morning high-speed collision where another driver failed to yield.

I hobbled out of the car and escaped a few seconds after impact with no broken anything.
