@SouthwestAir yesterday (1/2/24) wife and I flew back home w/ a layover in Chi (MDW). Our 2nd flight (2979), we sat in row 16, and to our dismay, seat 16E would not recline. Seat 16D reclined with no issue. No matter how much we tried, 16E would not. Just a heads up to fix it.
