A friend of mine is coming up to try and see if we can recover it but we dont know. I might have just lost everything.

It's not looking good. They called, told me the operating system crashed and failed during an update and now theyre trying to save all of my data off it to wipe out the bad part of the system and reinstall it. I have a feeling this is going to be very fucking costly for me....
