Today marks a major milestone for our team: Crunchbits is now @synteqhpc.

Eighteen months ago, we set a deliberate course to build a digital compute platform spanning digital mining and enterprise HPC. This rebrand reflects the next phase of that strategy, a global digital infrastructure business purpose-built for enterprise-scale compute.

The past year of execution:
- 10x+ growth across compute, storage, and networking
- New datacenter capacity in Dallas, Texas and Sofia, Bulgaria, marking our first European footprint
- At-scale deployment of NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs
- A full refresh of our VDS platform

What hasn’t changed is equally important: the same team, the same customers, and the same commitment to building infrastructure that delivers for serious enterprise workloads.

This is the start of a broader roadmap, more regions, more capacity, and deeper capability across enterprise HPC and AI.

Excited to announce that Valeria Aqrabawi has been promoted to Senior Manager, Asset Lifecycle Services at Synteq Digital.

In this role, Val will lead the commercialization of our lifecycle service offerings including repair subscription contracts, storage, fleet refresh, and liquidation programs. She will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients in need of these services, and work cross-functionally to structure and close deals.

Val brings the rare combination of client-facing sales and relationship management experience, hands-on process and logistics knowledge, plus an MBA and broad business knowledge. She knows how to close deals and understands what it takes to deliver on them.

As we continue building out services that complement the hardware and infrastructure our clients purchase through us, this is a central role for our growth.

The acquisition expands our vertically integrated digital compute platform with specialized ASIC and GPU repair and refurbishment capabilities, technical expertise, and data center assets in Texas - supporting growing demand across HPC and AI workloads.

HMTech’s leadership and team are joining Synteq, ensuring continuity for existing clients and accelerating execution as we scale.

As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on an incredible year at Synteq.

Growth & Expansion:
Earlier this year, we acquired a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse in New Hampshire to support our operational growth and expanded into HPC and AI with the acquisition of CrunchBits. In December, we also entered into definitive agreements to acquire key real estate assets, including an ~10MW data center in North Carolina - further broadening our services and strengthening our infrastructure.

Events & Experiences:
Our first widely announced Industry Track & Networking event was a huge success, welcoming more than 70 attendees from across the industry. We’re already looking forward to the next one in 2026.

Our Team & Family:
Our team continues to grow - both in roles and responsibilities. This year, we welcomed 11 new team members across the company. We also celebrated three new additions to the extended Synteq family and are excited to share a few photos below.

Looking Ahead:
Big plans and exciting news are on the horizon for 2026, and we can’t wait to share what’s next.

None of this would have been possible without our clients, partners, and friends across the industry. Your continued support has been the foundation of everything we’ve built, and we’re truly grateful for the trust and relationships that have brought us here.

Today, we announced a major milestone in Synteq Digital’s growth journey: we have entered into definitive agreements to acquire key real estate assets, including a ~10MW data center in North Carolina, from @HorizonKinetics and FRMO CORP in an all equity transaction.

As part of this deal, Horizon Kinetics, a long standing partner and highly respected institutional asset manager, will join the Synteq shareholder base. This marks the first phase of a broader expansion strategy as we continue scaling our digital mining and HPC capabilities.

A huge moment for our team as we accelerate our mission to diversify and strengthen the digital compute ecosystem.

We’re excited to announce Lexie Leighton's promotion to Director of Operations!

Over the past four years, Lexie has steadily expanded her impact across Synteq Digital, by strengthening operations, enhancing our client experience, and ensuring teams are set up for success. In her expanded role, she will continue to empower her team to provide best-in-class client support, while building a strong, scalable operations function.

As Director of Operations, Lexie will help translate company wide goals into operational plans, ensure cross departmental alignment, and lead ongoing process and systems improvements across the organization. She will also provide guidance and continuity across teams from Hardware Sales and Supply Chain to HR, Finance Operations, IT, and Administrative Support.
