In the following days you will start to see change in your life:
- If you want to be physically fit
- Start a business
- Have fulfilling relationships
Allow me to introduce you to the concept of The Synthesizer.
Evolution is not just survival, but rather reproduction of the fittest.
It is a never-stopping arms race with competitors, predators, parasites and mates in order to not go extinct.
Intelligence is an evolutionary advantage in order to outwit and manipulate competition.
Natural Selection occurs through slight adaptations over a long time.
The most vigorous in a species, those that adapt to every change and environment survive.
The Universe keeps creating more and more Complexity throughout its existence.
Genetics and human culture co-evolve (Epigenetics) influencing each other in a roundabout
Complex life in the universe is likely extraordinarily rare due to the multitude of precise and improbable conditions required, making Earth an incredibly unique and fragile home for such life.
Once enough violence has piled up in the collective subconscious of society, a scapegoat needs to be found and sacrificed in order to release the violence through emotional catharsis.
Religion is a human invention to control and reduce violence, which is innate to humans and arises due to our subconscious tendency to desire what others have and the inevitable competition that arises out of it.
The monomyth, the hero's journey we all one way or the other, subconsciously experience throughout our lives also permeates our culture and society’s stories at the fundamental level.
Be proactive.
Begin with the end in mind.
Always seek to understand the other person first, then to synergize and always seek an outcome that is win/win for everyone involved.
Sharpen yourself first, so the other habits can be done more effectively.
Put yourself in the shoes of the other person, empathize, show genuine understanding and ignite in them an eager want.
Reward the slightest improvement and encourage people.
Be a leader!
Never complain, criticize or argue.
Always ask genuine out of curiosity, open ended questions.
Smile and use their first name.
Give genuine compliments and show sincere appreciation.
