A. Be in nature. You get the land, the quiet, surrounded by birds, trees, stars — but it takes hours for somebody to visit.

B. Surrounded by culture, in the city, high-intensity lifestyle, hard to switch off, always FOMO, the rent is brutal, noise, pollution...
