@united to ask did we pay for these seats! Utter embarrassment and I wheelchair and they wanted us to move! No way! The other travelers boarded 20 minutes after us! But your workers were rude and embarrassing to us in front of a full aircraft!!!! Unacceptable

@united Your flight attendants and United double signed our seat and when the other travelers boarded it started chaos your attendants then came and wanted us to move. After we had been seating there for over 20 minutes. You gate attendant had the audacity

@united I did not get the name of the ladies but I can tell you the airport flight number we were on. It was disrespectful & embarrassing the way she spoke to my husband & I. The verbal insults were beyond distasteful. Flight leaving Nashville BNA going to Houston
