@FirstNorwich Yes I have done that several times. Google says the app has a fault and to reinstall it after an update. It affects other users as well, not just me. No screen shots because it all disappears when you try to find a later bus!

1. Two train journeys this w/e. On first, witnessed female ticket inspector shouted at and physically restrained when she tried to leave. The lack of a 1st class carriage on our train was all her fault, according to the entitled male boomer harassing her. Poor woman was shook.

2. On second trip, an outwardly respectable middle aged couple of fare dodgers also verbally abusive to poor inspector who rumbled their lack of a valid ticket. They ended up being officially cautioned by a senior inspector when they refused to pay up.

@IsakSkippy Lots of causes, basically a type of bruise. Usually rubbing/infection/injury/straining (cough, sneeze, vomiting etc). Usually go away on their own. See Dr if persists 2 weeks plus or other symptoms (pain, sight problems)
