@lexy_piccoli3@AlexaKaye3@butterball Right? And say you and your friends are having Friendsgiving and don’t know how to cook a turkey, they’re here to help out a bunch of clueless college kids have a delicious meal!
@AlexaKaye3@OnePoll@Sabra A3 They could run commercials that incorporate both Thanksgiving AND Friendsgiving, so those that don’t participate in one or the other can feel like they are a part of the advertisement and not be left out #UAkronMarketing
@AlexaKaye3@Tesla@Ford@sundeep@elonmusk There are many options for the losing brand. One could be to rethink a design and come out with something better. Another is maybe to use humor to soften the impact the video might have on the company. A little humor can go a long way #UAkronMarketing
@pn93646813 @AlexaKaye3@facebook That is a good point. It may be important after losing it’s users’ trust to sort of recreate their image and move on from their past. It’s possible Facebook is using this rebranding as a stepping stone for that. #UAkronMarketing
@AlexaKaye3@facebook I believe the blue box logo stands out more, as it has been not only nationally, but globally recognized as the logo for one of the largest social media platforms across the internet. This new logo may take time to get used to for consumers #UAkronMarketing
@AlexKrallman @PacSun A2: Customer reviews and opinions would be very useful, especially buying from 3rd party ads/apps like the Wish app, where most of the products aren’t what they seem to be. #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
@AlexKrallman A1: I would like to see AR used for stores like @PacSun where they have different brands that don’t all fit quite the same. It would be easier than driving to the store and trying them on. #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
@srossmktg@Casper@Wayfair@glossier A2: @FashionNova is a pure play retailer that could benefit from clicks and mortar by providing pop-up stores across the country. This would allow consumers to find the right size clothes without going through the struggle of taking their own measurements #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
@srossmktg@Casper@Wayfair@glossier A1: Pure play e-commerce going clicks and mortar will benefit consumers that like to be able to see the actual product for themselves, like myself. It deters the worries of something like clothes or shoes not fitting correctly, which can occur on the web #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
@hannahahmariani@AlexaKaye3 I really find the “recommended for you” section very useful and most of the time it helps me find an item I was looking for. I would hate to see this feature taken from online services.
@AlexaKaye3 A2: I shop at PacSun quite frequently. I see ads on my Instagram and agreed to receive emails from them. I always find these ads and emails helpful and they usually lead me to a good deal. I do not feel that my privacy is infringed by these ads. #UAkronMarketing#ICMKTG
@AlexaKaye3 A1: If advertisements become more privacy-based, businesses will have more difficulties in seeing what consumers are more interested in. If they can’t collect data, then they may incorrectly target their consumers and be unsuccessful #UAkronMarketing#ICMKTG
@LaurelAynne I do not agree with the stricter advertising codes. I believe advertisers should have creative freedom in their ads to attract their target market. Champion did a great job rebranding and targeting young adults and youth in ads. #UAkronMarketing#ICMKTG
