After the week keeps on giving, van generator broken, bathroom pipe bursts. Emma still, despite the stress, rustled up this beauty, roasted red pepper, merguez sausage & giant couscous traybake topped with a red onion, feta & dill sherry vinegar pickle served with a flatbread xx

Yesterday’s amazing brunch of 3 chilli and pork sausages on toasted tiger bread with a homemade tomato chutney and some grated cheddar. Tonight’s dinner of lemon & herb marinated chicken with a lemon orzo feta salad. @Emjay1812 has been working her magic again!! xxx

Just a small selector of some amazing meals my @Emjay1812 has made for us this last week. Tonight we’ve had chicken, chorizo & orzo in creamy Parmesan & garlic sauce, steak with salad & homemade potato salad and fresh tagliatelle with chilli & lime jumbo king prawns

Two nights two dinners by my @Emjay1812 , first up Greek lemon garlic chicken with crispy smashed potatoes and a herb drizzle. Tonight was couscous salad with garlic and herb roasted sweet potato and a lime basil vinaigrette, Dee-li-cious!! Xxx

What a roast dinner this is!! @Emjay1812 cooked the beautiful beef topside we treated ourselves to from a farm shop, served with homemade roast potatoes, sweetheart cabbage, green beans and a Yorkshire pudding, the meat was as soft as silk xxxx

@Emjay1812 made these beautiful homemade Thai inspired tiger prawn and chilli fish cakes with coconut rice, a fresh mango and carrot chutney and a punchy homemade satay sauce. Bloody delicious!! xxx

Amazing roast by my @Emjay1812 using the boneless leg of lamb from the Top Barn Farm
shop. Served with beef dripping roast potatoes, homemade carrot and swede mash, tenderstem broccoli and sweetheart cabbage. The lamb was just unreal, melts in the mouth smooth like silk xxx

While biting my nails cheering Villa on to turn the semi-final over against Forest. @Emjay1812 has put together this beautiful plate of food. Fillet of pork with peppercorn sauce, thyme roasted cauliflower including leaves, savoy cabbage and beef dripping roast potatoes. OMG!!

Meat free Monday (well Tuesday actually but it’s the first working day of the week 😃) @Emjay1812 has made us a vegetarian cottage pie, quorn mince, black beansand cannellini beans, topped with cheddar mash and a sourdough crust. Bloody delicious!! xxx

We absolutely love a Sunday roast, but today @Emjay1812 has gone off piste, and what a meal we’ve had!! A herbed fillet of Barramundi with a dill sauce, crushed buttered new potatoes and sautéed leeks and broccoli. Never had this fish before, the flavour is unreal!! Xxx

What a lovely dinner tonight! @Emjay1812 has cooked us pecorino cheese and black pepper tortellini served with rocket, spinach and a crème fraiche and Parmesan sauce. Nothing better than proper fresh pasta!! Xxx
