Is this a good time to remind everyone that Donald Trump handpicked the convicted criminal Paul Manafort who handpicked Mike Pence who handpicked the convicted criminal Michael Flynn?
Just a casual reminder that in 1861, 11 Senators and 3 Representatives were expelled from Congress for failing to recognize Lincoln’s election and supporting insurrection.
England banned Fox News because they saw it as propaganda channel for the right wing. If you agree with me that it’s about time we give them the same treatment, then raise your hand.

Through his extraordinary example, His Royal Highness Prince Philip proved that true partnership has room for both ambition and selflessness — all in service of something greater. Our thoughts are with Her Majesty the Queen, the Royal Family, and the British people.
@TheAmandaGorman ...and what are you basing this statement on???
It most certainly can't be on her track record, of her relationship with 'Her Own' family, both Black and White..🤔
Highly reputable sources state there are 'many proven untruths' in Markle's interview.
I don’t care what Cruz said at CPAC, but I do care that it appears Texas was just a layover stop for him between Cancun and Orlando to drop a pack of water into someone’s trunk and abandon his constituents again as they get slammed with $16,000 electrical bills.
YESTERDAY: NY obtains Trump's taxes; Donald Jr deposed on inauguration monies; Bannon being investigated at state level; DeJoy snarks in Congress, Biden nominates 3 to Board of Governors; Biden to speak w Saudi King, bypassing MBS; and 105 children matched/reunited with parents.
Who had the most authentically Republican response to millions of Texans losing power and freezing?
1. Gov. Abbott blaming the Green New Deal.
2. Ted Cruz flying to Cancun.
3. Rick Perry saying that given a choice, Texans would rather freeze to death than have gov’t regs.
Years of deregulation and the failure of leaders to care about the needs of their constituents made Texas a failed state not because gov't doesn't work for the people but because republicans refuse to govern for the people. The same is true for almost every republican led state.
GOP Senator Richard Burr response after the NC GOP censured him over his vote to convict Trump: “It is truly a sad day for NC Republicans, My party's leadership has chosen loyalty to one man over the core principles of the Republican Party, and the founders of our great nation.”
Remarkable that in all the lists of Trump’s potential criminal exposure, we aren’t seeing mention of obstruction of the Mueller investigation, hush money campaign finance violations, or bribery and extortion relating to Ukraine - all fairly obvious crimes, but swamped by others.
As a Republican, I am ashamed so many in my party actively perpetuated the falsehood of a stolen election and then blamed others for 1/6. And I am even more disheartened so many in my party knew these things were wrong but were too afraid to say otherwise.
Never forget what Mitch McConnell did:
1. Delayed the start of Trump’s trial until after he left office
2. Claimed the trial was unconstitutional because Trump left office (False)
3. Voted to acquit Trump
4. Gave grandstanding speech saying Trump was “morally” responsible
“For months, I searched for the larger principles or sense of purpose that animates [Mitch] McConnell,” Jane Mayer writes. “Finally, someone who knows him very well told me, ‘Give up. You can look and look for something more in him, but it isn’t there.” https://t.co/ViCIhs98vu
