#HLSweek
A great turn out for 'How Will We Achieve Systems Change in Public Services' (150 people from all over the world!), the first session of #HLSWeek, which looked at different approaches to human-centred, strengths-based and co-produced public services.
A few takeaways from the #HLSWeek launch event i just chaired with @Voa1234 @geerai @Kathy_CEO_CE & Alex Palmer from Liverpool Combined Authority. 1) So much HLS practice is about going back to first principles for public service. Listening. Empathy. Starting from shared humanity
#HLSWeek@clentonF talking about language and #CoProduction - people aren't "hard to reach" the processes and barriers in place are what can make it difficult
This morning we are popping into the 'people need people' session of #hlsweek. We are just making a cuppa ready to get cracking. See you there @SystemsHuman@CollaborateCIC
