💔 6 Years of Work. 136,000 Subscribers. Nearly 100 Million Views. Gone Overnight.

Dear @TeamYouTube, @YouTube, and everyone who believes creators deserve fair treatment,
For almost six years, my team and I built a YouTube news channel from the ground up.

We produced more than 3,000 original videos, reached 136,000 subscribers, earned nearly 100 million views, and received the Silver Creator Award.

Then, on June 5, 2026, everything disappeared.
Our entire channel was permanently terminated for "Spam, Deceptive Practices & Scams."

No specific video was identified.
No explanation was given.
No evidence was provided.
We are not a spam network.

We are a small editorial team producing original news analysis, with every video involving research, script writing, narration, editing, and fact-checking.

Since the termination, I have:
• Submitted multiple appeals.
• Contacted Creator Support and Partner Support.
• Spoken with @TeamYouTube for months.
• Sought legal advice in France.
• Started using the dispute mechanisms available under the EU Digital Services Act.

Every response has been the same:
"The decision stands."

But why?
Which video?
Which title?
Which thumbnail?
Which action violated the policy?

After more than four months, I still don't know.
I'm not asking YouTube to ignore its rules.

I'm simply asking for what every creator deserves when six years of work are erased:
A genuine human review.
If our channel truly violated the policy, please tell us exactly how.
If it was a mistake, please correct it.

Behind every deleted channel are real people, years of work, families, careers, and dreams.
Please review our case one more time.

I am not asking for special treatment fair treatment only, Tell me what I did wrong to get this label placed on my channel off putting content. I am a published author. Please release my money I worked hard to earn, I did nothing wrong, it’s not right! hey @TeamYouTube, its looking more and more like you’re only responding to stop people from talking about any issues.

i made a tweet on how my adsense was unfairly closed, and my appeal hasnt gotten a response after 3 months.

you replied saying you dmd me, and you dmd asking for my channel’s URL.

then you completely stopped responding again.

this has happened to multiple people i know.

so could you please clarify what is happening and actually get a human on my case please.

@TeamYouTube @YouTube Can someone please explain exactly what needs to be corrected on my channel? As shown in the attached screenshot, I have no copyright or Community Guidelines strikes. I received no rejection email, no identification of problematic videos, and no specific guidance on what to fix. How am I supposed to correct something when I haven’t been told what the problem is?

THIS IS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE. @YouTube you should answer this , independent creators have a question?

If a creator genuinely violates a policy and YouTube can identify and substantiate that violation, then there is a legitimate issue to address.

But what happens when YouTube simply labels someone’s original work “Unsatisfying or Off-putting Content” without identifying a single video, scene, or specific problem?

Does that mean a platform can decide it doesn’t like your content, suspend your monetization, and withhold money you earned BEFORE the suspension without explaining why?

That is exactly the kind of practice I consider unfair and potentially predatory.

I am an independent author. My stories are original works, not random videos assembled without purpose. I was accepted into the YouTube Partner Program, and my content generated advertising revenue.

If YouTube believes my work violated its policies, SHOW ME THE SPECIFIC VIOLATION.

And if my previously earned revenue is being withheld, explain the contractual basis, the amount withheld, and how that decision relates to the alleged violation.

You cannot reasonably expect creators to correct violations you refuse to identify.

This is why we need transparency and accountability.
