If you cannot affirm the belief of the trinity as spoken of in the Bible/nicene creed I cannot actually say we worship the same Lord. As I have understood it you believe that they are seperate. This is a matter of the very Nature of God.

If you say Jesus isn’t God of the trinitarian nature then you would need to believe he is a seperate god (polytheism) or an angel (Jehovah Witness). Or it just becomes Arianism meaning we worship a created being. But do you see why we don’t accept Mormons the same way? Unless you can say that Jesus is

A Muslim could easily give the same answer you gave as they also believe the Quran is a miracle. Your arguement is a closed circular loop but you aren’t using independent evidence to show why the text should be regarded as revelation.

The bereans found evidence in the OT. Paul who brought more revelation was confirmed by the apostles and never deviated from what they have said.

Prove he was a prophet. Every other prophet biblically had something that confirmed them as a prophet. Elijah called fire from heaven, Moses led and performed miracles, Isaiah saw visions which came true, Ezekiel told prophecies that came true.

The NT apostles performed some sort of miracle and the ones who didn’t were confirmed by the ones who did, etc., What did Joseph smith do or what work prophesied he would come?

This isn’t justice. This isn’t “community.” This is demonic hatred — plain and simple. All lives are made in the image of God. Every single one. Black, White, Brown — doesn’t matter.

Celebrating the loss of any innocent life, or cheering on evil because of skin color, is straight from the pit of hell.
And here’s the truth they don’t want you to say out loud: When Black conservatives, Christians, or truth-tellers like me call this out, we get labeled “traitors,” “Uncle Toms,” or “betrayers of the community.”
Let them talk.

I’d rather be disliked by some in my own community than stand before a Holy God and be found guilty of excusing evil, hating my neighbor, or twisting justice for racial points.
My allegiance is to Christ first — not color, not tribe, not political pressure.

No Protestant, Catholic, or Orthodox Christian denies the Old Testament. We deny new revelations like those of Joseph Smith because there was no confirmation.

Go back and read the OT. Moses came with signs: the Nile turning red, the staff into a snake, etc. Ezekiel came with prophecies and visions which came to pass. Same with Elijah and Isaiah. Jesus himself came with wonders. The Apostles have their own recorded miracles showing they were sent by God. These are key players in redemptive history.

Joseph Smith comes with a revelation which would also be a key turning point if it were true. But why should I trust him? God has shown no sign in the OT or NT that he would come. Jesus himself says it is finished. But then Joseph Smith comes along and upends everything, giving new revelation that conflicts with the Old Testament.
