If you watched the interview you will notice how her line of questioning all communicates a narrative to fit a script that VP Inday Sara Duterte may have done this.

IT WAS MALICIOUS IN NATURE.

Right off the bat, "explosive" questions like:

"What's the total of your deliveries?" - More or less

"How many time did you deliver?" - More or less 20 times
