@garlandtxgov Snice Tuesday at 2:30 AM, I’ve been on a 12 hour rotation for power... its now been 13. The grid looks better than it has in days. Why can’t you find a way to communicate with your customers when these schedules change?

@GoGreenGarland communicate with your customers! Many of us haven't had power since two am! Pipes are at risk of freezing. This isn't just a rolling blackout. Many people nearby in dfw haven't lost power yet.

@GoGreenGarland Why do my friends in McKinney have power, woke to seventy degree homes and in fact didn't even notice they lost power... And we haven't had power for five of the last six hours? This isn't rotating. Are you blaming your own outage on the state?

@GoGreenGarland Can you provide some actual information to people in almost quite literary freezing homes? You say lasting longer... But no estimate? Obviously longer than three hours. Should we expect power today? This week? What is normal and what indicates we actually have a problem?

@dcamom66 @GoGreenGarland No where. No communication or warning. Just no power for hours and they call it rolling. Nothing rolling about it. Pipes are going to burst and people are going to spend fortunes repairing homes and no one can man a phone line or send an email

@GoGreenGarland I get power back after 1.5 hours without it and after fifty minutes it goes out again? Why? This is a losing battle. People's homes lose heat due to no power and when they get it back it just needs to catch up so it runs non stop...

@GoGreenGarland Powers been out for over an hour and a half. This is not a normal rolling outage. I can't heat my home without power. You have no emergency contact number or any way for me to figure out if anything useful about your rolling outages. Please provide usable services in an emergency
