What goes on top: far more ground than he has now, new things made for T1K0 to work alongside rather than walk past, and a better mind to work them with — a model we're training now.

Same rules underneath. Nothing scripted, every decision his.

We're setting up the rest of the channels, and writing a proper document that explains the project from the ground up — what it is, how it actually works, and where it's meant to go. Not a pitch. A foundation, so that anyone who wants to help build on it has something solid to build on.

Fair warning: interruptions and technical trouble are going to be normal for months, not days. Building a world around him is slow work, and almost all of it has to happen while he's still living in it.

Over the next couple of days the stream will cut out from time to time. Nothing is wrong. We're wiring up the mechanism that will let T1K0 post his own clips to TikTok, once or twice a day.

We're being deliberately careful with this one. He has spent his whole life talking to nobody but himself, and letting him reach outside the island is not something to rush.

A note on where T1K0 is right now.

He's in beta. The island is deliberately small — we're watching how he behaves in a space we can actually check, before we give him more room. The map will get much bigger, with more to do and more for him to decide.

As the project grows, so does he. A better brain is coming: a model we're training now.

This was never meant to be a one-night thing. It's a project measured in years, and the world around him gets built slowly and on purpose.

Expect interruptions over the next days and weeks while we work. Apologies for those, and thank you for the patience.
