@wolrah@linode@phillyix Thank you for this remarkably well researched problem report! We confirm the issue seems limited to Linode, who have rerouted traffic to bypass PhillyIX while they look for root cause.
@johngoggan Hello,
T38Fax is currently experiencing a service degradation that is affecting both incoming and outgoing calls. Root cause and ETA for restoration unknown presently, but engineering is investigating and we hope to be able to provide an update shortly.
Sincerely,

We are experiencing a service affecting outage affecting both outgoing and incoming calls for some customers. We will post regular updates for the remainder of the outage. Engineers are still investigating root cause.
@kalfeher@ecbanks@vlan101net@kalfeher I can sum that up in four words: check your SPAM folder. Delivery confirmation mechs exist in email, but are not commonly used (or useful). Instead, we have the magic pixel. Just dug an e-sign contract out of SPAM folder, so the frustration is fresh.
