@shazmamithani @CaulfieldTim @jonathanstea 2/2 I’ve always described the threshold for pharmaceuticals as ‘must prove effective for this specific measure xx% of the time for xx % of patients (High percentage efficacy for high percentage of patients). Is there a better description?

In MB we are told: ‘the school belongs to the principal ‘

@EvHanson2 @LivinLaVidaLori In a MB school system, the school board is the farthest thing from carrying any weight or influence with educators 😒They are entertained by select folks on sr. admin team, and that is largely where their influence ends. I speak from a place of experience.

Nurses leave for a number of reasons, one would be higher rates of pay, another would be the opportunity to set your own schedule ex. Work more in winter and less in summer; or to work around a partner’s schedule for childcare perhaps
