It’s a Wireless HDMI transmitter and a HDMI -> RCA adapter into the back of the TV. Surprisingly this is being transmitted from my iPad Pro in External Display mode.

@ReiRosenfeld If the screen protector is matte or anything akin to a PaperLike-type protector—that will wear down nibs faster by matter of being a rough surface. Anyway, nibs are an expected consumable.
