حکم اعدام برای مهنام نواب صفوی؛ خواننده ۲۲ ساله و بازداشت‌شده انقلاب ملی دی‌ماه

#مهنام_نواب_صفوی، ۲۲ ساله، خواننده رپ فارسی و از بازداشت‌شدگان انقلاب ملی دی‌ماه، از سوی شعبه پنجم دادگاه انقلاب اصفهان به ریاست قاضی همتی‌نژاد، به اعدام محکوم شده است.

بر اساس اطلاعات منتشرشده، این حکم با اتهام‌های «محاربه از طریق مشارکت در تخریب اموال عمومی، تبلیغ علیه نظام و اجتماع و تبانی» صادر شده است.

همچنین گفته می‌شود مهنام نواب صفوی با وجود داشتن دو وکیل، از حق دفاع مؤثر محروم بوده، زیرا وکلای او به پرونده دسترسی نداشته‌اند و امکان دفاع از وی برایشان فراهم نشده است. دادگاه نیز به‌صورت غیرحضوری برگزار شده است.

مهنام نواب صفوی در جریان اعتراضات دی‌ماه در اصفهان بازداشت شد و هم‌اکنون در زندان دستگرد اصفهان در بازداشت به سر می‌برد.
