@AlbertBreer Boston is a world class city that soccer fans from other countries have been able to enjoy the last couple of weeks. Gillette is a better stadium than more than half the others hosting.
@shaunvlog_ New England. Tons of small towns that do parades and fireworks and have been doing so for more the 100 years. Boston puts on a top notch display. Bristol Rhode Island is the longest running 4th parade.
@ProFootballTalk The US is playing at home, so of course ticket prices are high and it’s in LA to boot. If this were being played in say Japan or Chile, tickets would be 1/10 (in USD).
@TaylorTwellman Too many teams. They have watered down the tournament. 32 was clean - top 2 in each group made the knockout rounds. Half the teams get eliminated after group stage. Now, more than 50% make the group stage.
@FreddyLA7 I’d hit Pittsburgh, Finger Lakes in NY, Burlington in VT and then straight to Boston. Boston is a wonderful city that needs a solid 2-3 full days to enjoy.
@TaylorTwellman Soccer players take flopping to a whole new level. It’s so prevalent across all of soccer and unfortunate. SGA is called out left and right by media and people on social media.
@TaylorTwellman One of the big issues with AT&T is the sections are too broken up. They have more levels of seating so sections of fans for the same team feel disjointed. You also have 3 levels of suites that push the top tier way up there.
@Rory_Talks_Ball College football is top tier for atmosphere. A lot of those European soccer stadiums have lost their luster with all of the fake and shallow “fans” showing up to support their favorite soccer team they’ve been a fan of for 3 years.
