[Anne Tibbets @AnneTibbets]

Reasons Anne Passed on Queries Yesterday:
2) White people writing about slavery (of any kind), & white people writing a tale of racial adversity. Not your place, yo.

[T.A. Meyers @TAMeyers43]

I won't apologize for including racial inequality and systemic racism in my writing. #BlackLivesMatter

Writers; Write the story YOU want them to hear, not the story you THINK they want to hear. It's YOUR voice!

[T.A. Meyers @TAMeyers43]

One of the biggest misconceptions about independent writers; We're in it for the money.
Reality; We love to write and want our stories out there. Plain and simple. Readership>Profits
